Welcome to the home of the Downs Interest Group for Geographical information systems And Remote Sensing.  

 

10th DIGGARS Geospatial Information Forum

Registration Open  

You are invited to the annual Downs Interest Group in Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing (DIGGARS) Forum

When: Thursday 8th September 2011. 9am to 5pmRegistrations open 8.30am
Where: The Church Theatre, Empire Theatre, Neil Street Toowoomba.
Cost: Registration fee (includes morning tea, lunch, closing refreshments and the Book of Abstracts):
            $100 for regular registrant (including $9.09 GST),
            $50 for student (including $4.54 GST).


Special Registration for High School Teachers : register for $100 and bring up to 2 high school students for free. Note: Registration form must be completed for each student.

What is DIGGARS?

The Downs Interest Group for GIS, Remote Sensing is an interest group to support and promote the use of geographical information systems, remote sensing and global navigation satellite systems in the Darling Downs region.

The Group seeks:

a) to foster closer link and cooperation between users, developers, educators, and vendors of GIS and remote sensing in the Darling Downs Region, Queensland, and

b) to coordinate the Group's regular seminar presentations and meetings.
